Welcome to Pinellas GED Online
Pinellas County Schools now offers the opportunity for adults to study for their GED from the comfort and convenience of their homes by computer. On this website, you will find all of the information that you need to participate in this course.
What do I need to study online?
To study online, you need a working computer and a high speed internet connection. You should also feel comfortable using a computer and email.
What is on the GED Exam?
Beginning January 1, 2014, the GED exam will be changing nationally. The new test will have four subtests: Reasoning through Language Arts, Mathematical Reasoning, Science, and Social Studies.
How much do classes cost?
All classes will cost $30 per term for FL residents and $120 per term for non-FL residents. There are three terms per year, each one lasting approximately four months.
First term begins August 1, 2013
Second term begins December 2, 2013
Third term begins April 1, 2014
